We work together during a 60-minute session, customizing a yoga program that meets your needs. Whether you want to gain core strength and flexibility to complement your sport, or reach specific wellness goals, I look forward to collaborating with you and creating a yoga program that takes you to the next level.
During our session, we will use meditation, breathing exercises and vinyasa sequences to discover the greatness within you. The practice will be challenging, but I will support you to meet those challenges while incorporating kindness.
What we practice on the mat you can take into your life to improve not only your physical health, but also change the way you think, how you relate to others, and how you treat yourself. I can’t wait to move with you and share my love of yoga.
