Includes introductory video call to discuss your goals and fitness background, and create a personal, three month training plan. I will schedule follow up calls with you every two weeks to check on your progress and answer any questions you have. Clients work with me on a rolling basis and I ask that you provide one month's notice if you do not intend on purchasing another three months of coaching.
Note: These classes are taught via video call in the comfort and privacy of your own space via laptop, Smart TV, tablet or mobile phone device. I will contact you within 3 business days after purchase to schedule our first session.
