Personal training plan building up to a race, adventure run, or personal goal. The plan will be built 8 weeks before the event. This personal plan includes an initial zoom call to get to know you, your goals, schedule, preferred cross-training, etc.
Note: These classes are taught via Zoom in the comfort and privacy of your own space via laptop, Smart TV, tablet or mobile phone device. I will contact you within 3 business days after purchase to schedule our first session.
