Personal training plan building up to a race, adventure run, or personal goal. The plan will be built 16 weeks before the event. This personal plan includes an initial Zoom call to get to know you, your goals, schedule, preferred cross-training, etc.
Note: This initial call is held via Zoom in the comfort and privacy of your own space via laptop, Smart TV, tablet or mobile phone device. I will contact you within 3 business days after purchase to schedule our first session.
