A flexible, 3 month training plan updated weekly with feedback depending on your needs and subject to on-the-day changes if needed. Training logs are checked five days a week by me to ensure you stay accountable, to answer any questions you may have, or to adjust training if needed. Includes a pre-run activation/prehab routine, post-run mobility routine, and a "lifting for runners" routine.
With the upgraded plan, you get access to my phone number with the ability to text or schedule calls anytime, giving me the ability to make on-the-fly changes to your schedule. It also includes monthly catch-ups via Zoom. Through regular communication and feedback, we will maximize the training plan's effectiveness to meet your unique needs daily. If you are someone who's life is always changing and desire frequent updates, we make this plan fit your individual needs.
If, after 3 months, you would like to continue with my services, I ask for another 3 month commitment. If you do not wish to continue, I ask for at least one month's notice before ending your coaching service.
Note: These classes are taught via video call in the comfort and privacy of your own space via laptop, Smart TV, tablet or mobile phone device. I will contact you within 3 business days after purchase to schedule our first session.
