Whether you’re just starting to learn to surf or you’ve been surfing for a number of years, I can give you tips and tricks to improve your techniques. I can’t be at the beach with you in person but I can sit down with you and analyze videos of your actual surfing.
I’ll also be able to see where your body is showing limitations and take you through yoga postures designed to build strength and flexibility which will improve your surfing abilities. As a surfer, I was amazed at how well yoga improved my surfing so I’ll incorporate yoga teaching to give you confidence in the water. I can’t wait to share my two loves of surfing and yoga with you to get you on top of your game.
