This class is for beginner-to-intermediate runners who have a hard time balancing their running goals with personal and professional responsibilities. Whether it’s being a parent, managing a full-time job, or staying active in your community, Stevie will share all that she's learned to help you thrive in life and in running.

What's the goal?

During this one-month, live group class, you will pick a 5k, 10k, or Half Marathon scheduled in late fall, and work with Stevie to get race-ready, covering topics like speed work, uphill and downhill technique, and nutrition and race-day readiness.

Who is Stevie Kremer?

Stevie is a Back-to-Back Skyrunning World Series Champion, USA Trail Series Champion, and Back-to-Back Mountain Runner of the Year! Running for brands like Salomon and Jublo, Stevie balances it all with a full-time job as a middle school teacher, counselor, and now being a mom to a three year old boy.
