Where? Boulder Canyon
Full Overview: Participants will learn about gear orientation, including the differences between active and passive protection, as well as how to size gear for effective jamming. The course also covers placing and removing gear - even when it's stuck - along with anchor building, considerations for gear placements while leading, and mock leading with evaluations of your gear placements.
Pricing:
- 1 person: $350
- 2 people: $240 each
- 3 people: $162 each
- 4 people: $144 each
- 5 or more: $132 each
Prerequisites: Must have experience lead sport climbing.
Equipment: Please bring any personal gear you have, including a helmet, harness, climbing shoes, chalk bag, belay device; all additional materials needed will be provided.
